Subject: Regarding Delayed and Irregular Delivery of letters by Postman.

Respected Sir / Madam,

I am writing this letter to make you aware that, I am facing problems because of the negligence by Postman of my area. I have been receiving all my important letters and documents later than the delivery dates. Oftenly, Postman delivered my letters either to wrong persons or to children playing in the street. It is very difficult for me and my neighbors to get our important letters, parcels on time.

I personally spoke to the postman and asked him to improvise but instead, he acted rudely and ignored my comment. He is very irregular and careless. Such type of persons are responsible for declining trend of our postal services.

I request you to please look into the matter and take necessary action against the concerned Postman. Copy of proof documents are attached herewith for your reference.

Thanking you.

Sincerely,
